FAQ

When will my letter be shipped?
Letters are shipped on the 20th of every month - if you signup after the 20th you are signing up for the following month's mail. For example if you sign up on August 21st you will receive the next edition which would be the designs for the month of October (September's edition) to start the month right.

How can I update my address?

You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account. Please reach out if you need help - info@everyartstudio.store

How can I track my mail?

The Monthly Planner is sent through regular lettermail services - therefore is untracked. If your letter hasn't arrived after 14 days of it being shipped please reach out with your information & I'll arrange an extra copy to be sent your way

When am I billed every month?

The monthly planner is billed on the same day you signed up every month. For example, if you signed up for the monthly planner on September 3rd the following month you will get billed automatically on October 3rd (unless you decide to pause/cancel your subscription or decided to do a one-time purchase).
